Made this last night for the family and they loved it! My mother said that it was the best thing that she has ever eaten at my house and even my husband had no complaints. The only feedback that I would have is that it was a little saltier than I usually eat (I use very little salt in my cooking and diet) and my fussy 13 year old said that it was too spicy. This dish might be accented well with some kind of chutney.

Super Easy! So far have made this twice with Mahi Mahi (DH doesn't care for salmon). No changes to original recipe, used black iron skillet to cook in, came out delicious!

OMG!!!! this is a great recipe it is certainly a keeper, just for the blacken recipe for the spice mix I use it on my veggies and chicken too.

awesome...this is our favorite salmon recipe by far. we use olive oil instead of butter but everything else is the same.

absolutely delicious. I had a large fillet of salmon and cooked it all up. My husband and I were fighting over the leftovers!! If you like it spicier, add more cayenne, because I didn't find this spicy at all, but it was perfect! Definitely added to the repitroire.

The combination of spices is absolutely delicious! I emptied one of my spice jars and now I have this combo of spices ready to go for anything! Good Eats!!!
