Fantastic. I would reduce the cayenne by just a tiny bit next time.

LOVEE IT!!! I tried salmon once before and didnt like it, I dont really enjoy fish, but my husband does. So i tried this and it was AMAZING! Full of flavor. I would suggest like someone else did here - that you brush butter on one side and season and cook that side down and then while in the pan butter and season the other side as to not make such a mess and keep as much seasoning on. This is definately a must try.

Wonderful recipe! I get the pan almost red glowing hot before putting the salmon on. I prefer to cut the salmon into thin stips before cooking. I highly recommend.

Very good! I replaced onion powder with garlic powder, added 3/4 tspn thyme, used an organic olive oil cooking spray to make it though. Also, on the flip side I covered it for 2 min while cooking. Came out delicious

My husband made this in our cast iron skillet. I don't keep white pepper on hand so he used a combined total of 3/4tsp black pepper. The spice blend was perfect. He paired the fish with baked sweet potatoes for a no-fuss-yet-fabulous dinner.

Very good taste. Watch to not let your pan heat up too long or there will be smoke! You can also get away with using about half the amount of butter.

Love it... to avoid the smoke I used olive oil instead of butter to blackened then I finished cooking it in the oven.
