I am doing what I always hate for reviewers to do--I am rating this recipe in a little different form than it was written. I didn't mix up the cajun seasoning in the recipe; I used a cajun seasoning I had in my cupboard. Otherwise, though, I cooked this as written. I'm not really sure how long I baked the chicken. I cooked it until the juices ran clear. It was probably about twenty minutes. I served this chicken with the Cajun Pasta Fresca on this site. It was absolutely amazing! Chicken was juicy and very flavorful. I will have to say that I had to open up my window when sauteing the chicken because of the red pepper in the seasoning, but it was well worth it. Great recipe!
