Great and easy recipe. I have considered making a whole bunch of the seasoning and then having it ready and on hand for the next time that I make the chicken!

My fiance and I really enjoyed this recipe. I doubled the spices, except for the thyme, and I fried the chicken breasts in EVOO until they were fully cooked. Thanks a lot!

I didn't particularly care for this. It was my first time blackening anything, and perhaps I didn't do things right, but it surely didn't taste like the blackened chicken I've had in restaurants

i give it 3.5 stars. we had this with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies and it was pretty good, next time we'll eat it with fetuccini alfredo. it was really quick and easy!

I baked the whole thing and just did away with the skillet. It was easier and baking generally tastes a little lighter to me. I also used more pepper and substituted oregano for the thyme since I didn't have any on hand. It was a very taste dish!

I thought it was just a little peppery. I wold probably use a little less Cayenne next time. Also, I added garlic powder but will use garlic salt next time. definitly a good base to modify to your own liking. Would cook again.
