I thought the spice rub was excellent! The chicken was moist and tender, due to basting with the mayo sauce. I think the sauce needs to be made a couple hours ahead so the flavor ripens if you're going to use it for dipping. Ours was bland. Thanks for sharing! :o)

This is now my favorite recipe for chicken on the grill! I use this regularly. It works on all chicken parts, not just breasts. As a matter of fact, it is really, really good when making beer can chicken! Thank you Stephanie!

This was amazing. I did follow the recipe to the "T" and I will be making this again and again. I loved it, my husband isn't huge for spicy and he loved, even got rave review from a picky 13 year old. Thanks for the great recipe.

I have to give this 5 stars, even though we didn't love the lemon pepper or the thyme in this, it gave us the sensation that we should be eating fish. However, it turned out very moist and juicy and I'm sure it was just our taste preference. Next time I will try omitting those ingredients and baste it with a hot sauce based sauce that i would use for hot wings. Overall, the chicken was fantastic. Moist and juicy. Great base for a great meal!

This is the best recipe I have ever gotten from this site! The only thing I changed was the type of vinegar because I didn't have cider on hand (only red wine). Thank you so much for such and AWESOME recipe!
