A good recipe but I have others I like better. This one got a little "leathery" on top. I don't think it got overcooked, it just got tough. Tasted good, but a little unappealing.

I followed the recipe exactly other than substituting onions for green pepper and leaving out the sausage (because I didn't have any on hand) and this recipe was very very good! I was a bit worried because when I mixed the flour and eggs it seemed very lumpy (no matter how well I mixed) but the end result was great. Next time I might grease the pan more just because it was a bit stuck on the bottom coming out! It reminds me of a quiche and it's very yummy... nice presentation, would be great for company!

Awesome recipe. I served it with salsa on the top and it was a great compliment. I think you could make this up the night before and bake it in the morning.

Delicious!!! This was a huge hit with both my husband and my 3 year old - and you know it's a winner when you can please those two :) I usually hate when people review a recipe without following it directly but I didn't have sausage or monterrey jack cheese. We're also trying to eat lower fat so I made the following modifications: eliminated the butter and used cooking spray; used 2 cups 2% shredded cheddar (one cup mixed in and one sprinkled on the top); used low-fat cottage cheese; used 5 eggs and 1 cup egg substitute. I'm looking forward to playing with this recipe by using different ingredients.

Yum! great brunch item. Used "fire house hot" sausage by accident so omitted the green chilis. added spinach and roma tomato. will make again.

Great recipe, very easy to adjust to your family's taste. We added tabasco sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and just used sausage. It was great...my family loved it and was quick and easy to make.

I love this recipe! I always receive rave reviews when I make it. I omit the mushrooms and add red peppers and onions. I like that you can add different ingredients and it still tastes amazing!

I love this recipe! I cut the ingred. in half to make an 8x8, left out the green pepper, used canned mushrooms, and grated cheese. Thank you so much for this recipe!! It's become a favorite!

It took a lot longer to prepare and cook then I planned. Probably because there is a lot of chopping to do. My husband and our guest loved it. I thought there was too much going on, a lot of different flavors. Overall it was good, just not my personal favorite.
