Leftover turkey has a delicious new personality in this tasty salad inspired by New England cranberries and fresh herbs such as parsley and rosemary. Serve the salad on croissants, crusty rolls, or a bed of lettuce. A lighter version can be made using reduced fat mayonnaise and sour cream.
