This dessert was nice and light. It's not a real "mousse", but I like it anyway. If I make it again, I will probably add more cherries to the mix, and maybe try the chocolate fudge instant pudding.

We had this for dessert tonight. Its easy, quick, and tastes great without being too rich. It didn't set up as much as I expected, but it was still great.
