"Fresh herbs gives a hot Spanish flair to this black bean dish. It's a favorite from my Argentine boyfriend. This is traditionally served over rice."

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Stir in the green onions and remove from heat. Garnish with 1/4 cup cilantro.
