A hit with the family. I added some grilled onions and perhaps a bit more cumin. Love how simple this is. Also, served it with plain yogurt and lime wedges.

SO easy and SO delicious. You can alter it however you want, but I tried it as is (sans spices...didn't have any) and I loved it. My roommates asked me to put it into the regular meal rotation. Thanks!!

Make sure you like the salsa you use before making this recipe; the soup will taste just like it. It is insanely easy to make - it took less than 10 minutes start to finish; my husband couldn't believe I made it from scratch!

Incredibly easy and delicious. I made this for my Soup Swap and its gotten rave reviews. I agree with reserving a can of beans to add in at the end, unprocessed. Also added double the cumin, and then also onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.

I make this all the time and it is so simple and delicious. You really can't go wrong with it. It is also really high in fiber and low fat (especially if you use low fat sour cream). Really awesome!

Quick and easy and very yummy! I used a medium salsa and it still had a nice kick to it. Reserved some of the beans whole and added to the pot when warming. I found this on the thin side (maybe because I didn't puree all the beans), so I took out 4 tbsp of soup and mixed 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch, added back to the pot, and let boil for a minute or so. Helped to thicken it up nicely. The sour cream and onions really make this dish.

Excellent! I can only echo what those before me have said - this recipe is so easy, so healthy and so delicious! I was fortunate enough to have some homemade salsa left over from the weekend. The salsa was strong on lime and cilantro and blended nicely with the other ingredients, so next time I will likely add some lime juice and cilantro. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

The soup is super easy to make and tastes fantastic. I took the advice of another reviewer and added another teaspoon on cumin, cilantro, and cheese and it was a hit with my family. My husband has asked me to make this recipe part of our regular meal rotation.

This recipe is so fast and so tasty. Instead of sour cream and green onion, we add avacado, chunks of mozzerella, fresh lime juice, and crushed tortilla chips. Wonderful!

This is really quick and delicious. I used half an onion and a can of tomatoes and chiles instead of salsa. It's great with fresh cilantro, cheese, and sour cream.

So simple and so good!! I used a smoky salsa which had great flavor and only blended 1/2 the beans and 1/2 the salsa. Added garlic and used chicken stock, just enough to get the consistency I was looking for. My husband said that he would have liked it to be chunkier, so next time I am going to add some diced tomatoes. Very easy to modify to your own taste.
