We love this! I only used one can of black beans and it seemed like a good amount. I sometimes add in diced grilled chicken for a light dinner.

This is excellent! We double the dressing, add feta and only use one can of black beans. Thanks for sharing!!

Well I thought all the ingredients sounded amazing...but upon making it, I thought that it came out really bland. I thought that the ratio of couscous to beans and corn was way off. Needed less couscous and their was only a hint of the vinaigrette and I would have liked more. My husband also asked me if I would be offended if he didn't finish it. :(

Absolutely delicious. I substituted Italian parsley for the cilantro, as my daughter will not even look at anything with cilantro in it. It was delicious. This recipe makes a large amount, so luckily I have leftovers for lunches this week. A great vegetarian main course and a side dish for those who must have meat in their meals. Thanks!

This recipe is so delish! I used a little more vinegar than the recipe called for, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. The combination of flavors is great...will definitely make again!

Great recipe! Made the following changes: quinoa instead of couscous, doubled the dressing (I think that's essential) and used only one can of black beans. Very versatile recipe. Excellent for a crowd or to have in the fridge. The lime juice tastes great so don't skip it!

This is a great recipe. I have never used couscous before and so this was my first dish with it and i can say i will continue to use couscous. I opted for fresh black beans instead so i popped them in a pressure cooker with some black pepper and salt to cook. I used canned corn too. And for the vinaigrette I didnt have cumin so i left it out, subsituted red wine vinaigrette with apple cider, and added a dash of Kraft Tuscan syle vinaigrette, oh and i also omitted the oil, since i added the tuscan vinaigrette.

I too changed it around abit but I think this is one of those recipes you can play with & add what you like. I just got done making it for a camping trip this weekend & it is yummy! I cooked the whole box (3 cups) of couscous & used 4 cups of chicken broth. I added everything else to what I thought would be good...added kalamatas, crumbled feta, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped cilantro & dill & chopped green onion. It is really flavorful & am hoping will be a great addition to our camping meals this weekend.

Fantastic Summer salad. I did add more ingredients than what is listed though; Kalamata olives, orange bell pepper, seeded Persian cucumber and more lime juice and Cumin than what it called for. Bringing it to a Memorial Day picnic and I think it will be a big hit. Oh yes, I didn't have all black beans so I added 1 can of black, 1 of northern white beans and 1 can of light kidney beans. I altered the recipe for 12 people to accommodate a larger crowd as well. Wonderful flavors!!

This is good either warm or cold--I prefer it cold, hubby prefers it warm. Big hit! I used only one can of beans, but it was still great.

Addictive. I was asked for this recipe over and over. I used only 1 can of beans and doubled the dressing (except I didn't really double the oil). I'm planning to make this many times this summer to pack for lunches. Great with a bit of leftover chicken.

The kids and I really liked this but the hubby did not. He doesnt really care for couscous. I only had one can of beans and I didnt add any green pepper. Very good side for tacos or fajitas!

I'm only giving this 4 stars because I think it's absolutely necessary to double the dressing. Otherwise, amazing flavor, great recipe. I did also add what feta I had left in my fridge, and it was really delicious!!
