Good, though it needed some extra flavor.

This was delicious and easy to make! I bring it to lunch with me almost every day! I would definitely add a little more cumin and perhaps some cayenne or red pepper flakes just to give it a little more of a kick. But this recipes is definitely a keeper!

OMG! This was FABULOUS! Followed the recipe to a "T".....absolutely the best thing since sliced bread! :) I did use Whole Wheat Couscous in place of white (better for you). Will definitely be making this on a regular basis!

This salad was great. The 4 stars are simply because my husband would prefer fewer onions. I liked it the way it was, but the onion flavor was very strong, and I would like to see how it does with just 6 green onions rather than 8.

This was light and refreshing with a simple yet flavorful taste. You could change this so many ways, but I made it as is and was great. I did make a extra dressing like other reviewers suggested. I'll make this again when I need to bring a dish somewhere.

This one goes in the all time favorite category with a few tweaks. I halved the black beans(rinsed and drained)and onions, doubled the cumin and tripled the red wine vinegar. Served with grilled Greek chicken and a glass of Shiraz. Heavenly. Substituting Quinoa for the couscous sounds like a great idea too.

This was so easy to make and so delicious. I added red onions and used green bell pepper instead of red. I wasn't sure if the recipe called for cooking the corn, so I went ahead and steamed it before adding to salad. This is a keeper. We love it. Thank you.

I shouldn't really be reviewing this recipe as i left out half of it but I wanted to make couscous and jazz it up a bit without adding too much fuss where the kiddo wouldn't eat it. just used white beans and made the sauce minus the cilantro as i didn't have any but do love and would like to use it next time. this is really pretty good and maybe someday for company I'll make it with all the vegies called for!

Just love it. As is. Make no changes. It's great!! My salt and pepper measurements were 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. It came out perfect!

Yummy! Definitely double the dressing and drain and rinse the beans! I had corn on the cob left over so I used one ear and cut off the kernels. Very filling and can't wait to make for my boyfriend's mom because she's vegetarian - she'll love it I'm sure!

Awesome and easy and healthy. Can eat this for lunch all week. I too added cucumber and feta cheese. My limes didn't produce much juice so I think I ended up with less than 2 T, and I def wish I had a little more juice in it, but its still great.

I followed this recipe, and it was good, but I needed more sauce than it called for so I doubled it. I only used one can of beans since I'm not a huge fan of this legume. I added fresh corn from the cob and it was outstanding!!! I used spiced morrocan olive oil from the oil and vinegar store and the flavor was out of this world!!! I'm packing the leftovers for my foodie friend to eat for lunch tomorrow because I am so confidant in the taste of this. When it is 90 degrees outside, this is the meal to serve.

So good! I have always been a fan of couscous. Since I have three kids; 5,3,1 it makes for a great last minute side. It was even better with the extra veggies! I paired it with the mushroom and swiss chicken recipe that's on here. They worked together really well since they had a lot of flavors in common, but tasted different enough to not be boring. This all made for a great dinner.

This is a great recipe. Like others, I used double dressing and a few less black beans - the results were phenomenal. Rave reviews all around. Would be curious to try a little garlic next time!
