I make this again and again. In fact I'll be making it for Thanksgiving dinner! Usually I add feta and lime-seasoned chicken chunks to make it a full meal. I do agree with those who found 2 cans of black beans to be more than enough, despite really loving black beans. My usual grocery store doesn't seem to carry red wine vinegar, but I find apple cider vinegar works just fine.

Loved it! I followed the recipe exactly (except used whole wheat couscous) and it turned out great! Next time I might add a little more lime juice and possibly a little more olive oil but other than I thought it was a great recipe! We ate it with corn chips and also cucumber slices and it was delicious!

Love it! The dressing needs to be doubled and I think that the green onions could be cut in half. Fantastic with grilled shrimp or fish!

Made last night to take to friends for dinner and it was a huge hit and will become my new potluck staple! I made changes based on reviews (1 can of beans, 4 grn onions, 1 tsp cumin and double vinegar). And while it was good, next time I will go with 3-4 TBL of lime, 4 TBL oil, 1 TBL of vinegar, 1 TBL cumin and will throw in some cayenne. I also cooked fresh corn on the cob and sliced it off instead of frozen, but only when you can still get good fresh corn. Oh, and I definitely used the whole wheat couscous!

I followed the the recipe and I liked the flavorings, but next time I think I will add just a hint more lime juice. It was a filling and light lunch.

Very good. I followed others' comments and doubled the dressing. Since some people commented on the oil taste, I used half olive oil and half canola oil

This was awesome! I didn't have red wine vinegar, so I used raspberry vinegar instead. I also didn't have green onions, so I substituted 1/4 cup red onion, then added some diced celery. I topped it off with grilled lemon pepper chicken from Trader Joe's. Yum!!

I have been making this recipe for a couple of years now and it is wonderful. I get rave reviews every single time and would not change a thing although my daughter and her boyfriend do not like cilantro so I have on occasion omitted the cilantro and they loved it that way as well.

This was AWESOME!!! It is even better cold! I did everything as written except skipped the corn because I didn't have any for some reason. Next time I may make a little bit more vinaigrette but other than that won't be changing a thing!

This tasted good the night I made it but it tasted awesome, cold, the next day! I had no black beans so used butter beans instead and they were a nice texture compliment to all the crunchy veggies. So simple, but so great (and healthy!)

This salad goes well with everything and makes a great lunch on its own. I thought the dressing was delicious, I added red peppers to my salad, it's been added to my regular salad rotation at our house, it travels well and I love to bring it on picnics and potlucks, thanks for the recipe Paula.

Just can't understand what all the raves are for. I even doubled the sauce, but it was SOOOO bland. Very disappointing.

I absolutely loved this recipe!!! My husband loved it too. We ate it room temp. when I first made it, and also cold the second day. Both ways are delicious! I will definitely make this again and again.

This was delicious and easy to make! I bring it to lunch with me almost every day! I would definitely add a little more cumin and perhaps some cayenne or red pepper flakes just to give it a little more of a kick. But this recipes is definitely a keeper!
