Very interesting flavours! My husband loves sausage, so this soup was a hit with him. It was also a good way to work black beans and sweet potato into a meal. I forgot to puree 1 cup of the beans and liquid, so ours was quite liquidy, but very good nonetheless. I also used canned beans, so I reduced the water and cooking time a bit.
