Very yummy way to use zucchini. I used a whole grain crust to make it healthier and it really added to the overall flavor of the pizza.

O.M.G., this pizza is awesome! If you like black beans, you should enjoy this recipe. My boyfriend and I have this for dinner at least once a month. Sometimes, we don't have the zucchini on hand, but it still tastes great.

I absolutely LOVED this recipe. My husband makes his own whole wheat dough which we used and was fantastic. I still had some of the mixture left the next day, but no crust, so I used a whole wheat tortilla I had on hand and it was just as good.

It's hard to believe something so easy can be so healthy and delicious. I tripled the garlic, and because I didn't have zucchini, I added a handful of mushrooms, a small jar of black olives and half an avocado. The sauce left in the pan should (like another reviewer mentioned) absolutely be reserved for dipping because it's incredible. Thank you so much for this recipe. It's probably not real kid friendly, but who cares- parents need a treat now and then too!

Wow! The only changes I made were to use three cloves of garlic as another review suggested, and I used mozzarella cheese and canned tomatoes from the garden with 1/2 tsp. basil and 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (instead of the italian diced tomatoes called for). We devoured this! Next time I may add some olives as well. Use the drained sauce for dipping the crust! We also make our own pizza crust that I think added a lot It only takes about 10 minutes to make: In a small bowl mix 1/2 C warm water, 1 TB yeast, and 1/2 T sugar. In a separate bowl mix 1.5 C white flour, 1.5 C wheat flour, 1/4 C oil, 1.5 TB sugar, 1/2 T salt and once that's well mixed, add the yeast mixture and knead for a few minutes. Roll out on floured surface and follow the recipe. PS-I used this as a spaghetti sauce too and it turned out great! Just don't drain and serve over noodles.

Very good. I used shallots instead of regular onion and also added some black olives to the mix. This is a great week night recipe.

This was very good (I skipped the zucchini). The only word of caution I might add is that you want to make sure you bake it with a very tasty crust. I made a whole wheat pizza crust from scratch (trying to be healthy), and the wheat taste was too strong. It was still very good though, and I'll make it again for sure, but next time I'll try a different crust.

This pizza is amazing! I was a little dicouraged when I saw it all in the pan, but once I put it on the crust and baked it I was like YUMM!!! I made the crust thick crust by using the pillbury fridge dough and putting it into a 13X9 in pan and baking it first for 4 min. Then added the cheese, toppings, more cheese, and volla! delicious, ate the whole thing to myself...haha. Thanks!

This was just great! I find it interesting to read reviews, whether people try as written or put their own personal twist on it. However, I don't get people that change many of the ingredients, prepare it differently, and then comment that the recipe was "just alright" and write that they wouldn't make it again........ Thanks, Janet, for the recipe. I made it just as written.

What a great pizza! I love how the tomatoes and green chiles gave it a nice spiciness. I made my own pizza crust instead of purchasing a refrigerated pre-made one. I will definitely make this recipe again!

This was alright. In addition to the veggies called for, I added a bit of corn, jalapeno, green onion. I also mixed a bit of pizza sauce with the crushed tomatoes and added some chili powder + s&p. After the pizza came out I added some chopped cilantro on top. The flavors worked well together but it was nothing to be wowed by.

I just made two of these for a dinner party last night and there was only one slice left when all my guests had gone home--and then my boyfriend and I polished it off. I'm excited to make this for my vegetarian roommates in the fall (and for myself, too!) Easy, tasty, and cheaper and healthier than delivery or frozen pizza--you won't regret making this.
