This was very good, however, I think the texture could have been improved by suggesting to really cutting up all the veggies into smaller pieces. I think that would have helped blend it better to give it more of a "chili" feel as opposed to a ratatouille, which is what it tasted and looked like.

Holy tomatoes, peppers, and onions! Great flavor - and a little too much of everything but black beans. I added a 3rd can of beans and cut out the tomato sauce. Also added more Tabasco and some red pepper flakes for heat. We enjoyed it, thanks!

I made this for my family and they LOVED it. My dad, who is a big meat-eater, raved about it - and he knew there wasn't any meat in it. It's a bit thick, so I messed with the recipe a bit - added two cups of chicken broth to thin it a bit. I also added some salt. When serving, I provided sour cream and 2% milkfat cheddar to top it, with some cornbread muffins on the side. Will probably add one more can of black beans next time I make this. I received rave reviews!

Way too many tomatoes, not enough beans. I would recommend at least cutting out the tomato paste. That makes it too chunky and sour.

This was so hearty and so delicious and it tasted like real, beefy chili! I added some cheese for that extra "Bam"! This was awesome!
