This was really good. Instead of making the salad as is, I just cut up the ingredients needed and let people make their own, since people like some things and not others. I used green onions instead (I don't care for regular onions raw). The dressing was good too, though I would probably use less cilantro the next time around. I marinated the chicken in the Smokey Tequila Lime Marinade sans Tequila and hubby grilled it up. Perfect combination for this summery satisyfing salad. Thanks!

This was really a great meal and easy with a rotisserie chicken i grabbed on my way home from work. I definitely agree with the review that suggests cumin in the dressing as it does add extra flavor.

This was very good. I made it for our girls night tonight. I doubled the dressing though for the amount of lettuce etc. I did do as past reviewer and add cumin and more chili powder. Next time I will add some jalepeno peppers and other veggies.

Every time I make this I get compliments. My childen gobble it up, and we fight over the leftovers. I love the lime taste, though lemon is 'okay' if you don't have any lime. I am giving this recipe a 5 because it is easy to make, healthy, and though spicy and tasty, is universally appealing. However, I must mention that I found a couple of changes that really enhanced this meal for our family. I added 1 tsp cumin (this was the 'missing' ingredient) and half a finely chopped jalapeno as well as doubling the amount of chili. With the changes this recipe is beyond a 5 in our house!

This salad was pretty tasty, but seemed to be missing something...I couldn't quite figure out what, though. I didn't have quite a full 1/2 cup of cheese, that may be what was missing. The vinaigrette had a strange but not unpleasant flavor. Altogether, this was a good, healthy salad...but I don't think I will make it again.

My husband and 4 year old son really liked this recipe. I thought it was just ok. It needed more "taste" I thought. The vinaigrette took longer than I anticipated- mincing 1/2 cup cilantro is time consuming!

I love this salad. The vinaigrette is outstanding. Because I had so much leftover from a Costco rotisserie chicken, I used a bit more meat than recipe called for. Also, I totally forgot about the cheese (duh). Because I wanted an extra kick, I added some Cajun Chef sauce, a vinegary hot sauce, to the end result. LOVED it. And so healthy. I'll certainly make it again...and again and again. Because I'm crazy about the vinaigrette and I tend to add more veggies than indicated, I'll increase the dressing. Thank you Jean.
