fat-free Italian dressing
lightly packed fresh basil, cut into strips
chopped red onions
chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
I was able to add black beans to the Bistro Chicken Pasta salad for a double shot of protein with the chicken and black beans.
We did add Kalamata olive's and used sun-dried tomatoes in oil but patted them drop me because we like Flater better this was really good!
Great tasting salad! You can use sun dried tomatoes packed in oil...just drain the oil. The only thing I would recommend is adding BLACK OLIVES.
