The little nests came out cute. There are better salad recipes out there but this wasn't too bad.

Made these and filled w/tuna salad - kids loved the novelty of the nests! Thanks for a fun recipe.

The Egg salad was awesome. However if you are going to serve it in the nests it is best to do it as soon as they come out from the oven. I tried to save time by making the nests the night before and they tasted bland. I did try one with the egg salad after it came out of the oven and it was much better.

This is great. The nests are a great addition to any type of salad. The only thing different I did to the salad was add a dash if curry powder and dash of celery seed. It was perfect. I have served the nests with tuna, egg, chicken and turkey salads in them too. They are always a big hit.

I was looking for a good egg salad recipe. I didn't do the noodle part, but the egg salad was great. I didn't add the celery because I didn't have any and added about a 1/2t of paprika and an extra 2t of mayo. Very yummy!

This was great, served at my husband's birthday party and was gone before I knew it.
