This was an excellent quiche!!! This was my first time making quiche also. My 8 year old son doesnt like spinach, but he gobbled this up!! Now I have a way to get him to eat spinach. The only change I made was to use a 3 cheese blend already shredded, not Swiss cheese. I do not like Swiss cheese and needed a substitute. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!

This recipe was easy to follow, and easy to adapt! I added mushrooms and asparagus, and used muenster cheese. Delicious!
