This gravy was very tasty, but I had a little problem with the part about the butter and flour. It got all stuck together and not creamy until I added the milk. I think my sausage did not give off enough drippings, too. I think it would taste better with regular flavored sausage, as the maple-flavored was too sweet. All in all, though, it was very good and would probably be easier to make with a little practice!
