I think the proportions of sour cream vs mayonaisse should be reversed - this tasted too much like the mayo. I also didnt dig it with the worcestershire. Made another batch with a lot less mayo & w/o the worcester and it was better but still not super-fabulous like I was expecting after the raves.

I served this immediately after making in since I didn't prepare it ahead of time of my dinner and it was still very tasty. I can only imagine how much better it would be if the flavors had time to blend together. Even my picky husband liked it, and he typically does not like white colored dressing.

I hate to sound like a broken record....but this was Great!!!!. I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, so I used beer instead. I like garlic so I used garlic salt instead of regular salt. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Excellent... I made a few changes: reduced mayo to 1 cup (first time I made it hubby complained it tasted too much like mayo), added 1 T white wine vinegar, added a little milk prior to serving to thin it. I can't believe it's this easy to make the best blue cheese I've ever tasted!!

This recipe was amazing. We love blue cheese- so we added way more than the recipe called for. Also, we substituted dijion mustard and fresh garlic for their dried version in the recipe. It was great!!!

Pretty good but not exactly what I expected. It was a little too thick, more like a dip than a dressing. I added a couple tablespoons of milk to thin it.

Excellent dressing. We prefer to cut the blue cheese in half and add a little 1/2 & 1/2 or milk to make it creamier. Perfect over a salad of fresh greens, toasted pecans, fresh pear, nleu cheese and craisins.

This dressing is so good! I never buy the bottled stuff anyway, it's too blah, but I didn't have a great recipe. I made this to go with a Paula Deen recipe for the "Hottest Chicken Wings". Well the wings were great, but this dressing made an even huger hit! We had some left over after the wings were gone and my husband was putting it on crackers with hot sauce, he loved it that much! Awesome recipe, and I'm so thankful it DOESN'T call for buttermilk, because I don't know anyone who has that on hand all the time (at least I don't!). Great stuff!

This blue cheese dressing is one of the best I have ever tasted. The flavor is rich, creamy and so tasty. Next time I serve buffalo wings I will serve this dressing with it. Yummy!!!

My husband is a HUGE Blue Cheese Lover and very picky about what he considers to be "good". I made this the other night and he LOVED it! I have a feeling I will be making this often. I have two or three great blue cheese dressing recipes but I felt like trying a new one since it was so highly rated. Even though I added more blue cheese than called for this just seemed to lack something. All my other blue cheese recipes called for buttermilk - so that might be what I miss.

If I could give this more than five stars, I would. We made this to go with my husbands special chicken wings, along with three other blue cheese dressings, trying to find the perfect one. This one won hands down among everyone who tried it. What a fabulous recipe!!!!

This was sooo yummy! The only change I made was that I did 1 cup of light sour cream and 1 cup of Hellman's Mayo. I also added tons more blue cheese. This was so yummy with boneless buffalo wings.
