'In summer, I love to marinate these steaks overnight, then grill them for family and friends,' writes Tim Hanchon of Muncie, Indiana. 'When the weather is not as nice, they can be cooked under the broiler.' The recipe makes a lot, so you can use the extra steak to make the two dishes that follow.

Because our children are grown, I often cook for just my husband and me. When I want to serve something special, this is the entree I usually reach for. Seasonings, black olives and feta cheese give steak great flavor. --Ruby Williams, Bogalusa, Louisiana

When spring comes to our house, out comes the grill! My husband does a great job cooking these steaks to perfection. They taste so terrific, we often have them once a week. -Sonja Kane, Wendell, North Carolina

Tangy homemade teriyaki sauce perfectly complements rich rib eye steaks. Colorful vegetable fried rice makes a wonderful accompaniment.

Marinade ingredients also include maple syrup, beer, garlic, dry mustard, and sesame oil. Meat should be marinated for at least an hour. Overnight is better.

I'VE SHARED this recipe with many friends who also cook for two. We all agree - small recipes are hard to find! This dish remains one of my favorites since it takes little effort to prepare and is so tasty. Plus, if you are serving a larger group, it is easy to double. -Margery Bryan, Royal City, Washington

Great recipe for grilled steaks that does not require marinating for several hours. Rub the steaks with oil and garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and when the coals are ready, throw the steaks on the grate. Fresh rosemary is placed on top of the meat while grilling.

Actually, this is an excellent marinade for any steak. The marinade mainly consists of Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. The sugar makes the steaks tender and gives just a hint of sweetness. I sometimes add some Dijon mustard or red pepper flakes for a little zing.
