I am not a fan of coffee, at all, and wasn't thrilled with these cookies. But then again, most people can handle more coffee than I can. Everyone at work loved em, and so did bf. I added about 1 c more flour--I just couldn't get around how runny the dough was. It wouldve probably made good muffins, but I wasn't willing to test that theory, and I wasn't willing to try to make cookies with such a runny dough. I also popped it in the fridge for about an hour or 2 bc I was using my cookie sheets for another cookie recipe. My cookies ended up cakelike--maybe bc I added more flour, or maybe bc of them being in the fridge. I'd be willing to try them again to make for others. Thanks for the recipe.
