I was a little worried about this recipe because the sauce mixture had kind of an unpleasant smell when I first put the ingredients together, but WOW! I am so glad I tried it becuase the sauce is PHENOMENAL over rice. Even my boyfriend, who is normally not a "sauce person," commented on how good the sauce was with rice as he gobbled it up.
The reason I'm giving this recipe 4 instead of 5 stars is because I thought the chicken itself could've been more flavorful. It was pretty good as it was, but I think it would've been even better if the recipe had said to marinade the chicken prior to baking so that it has time to seal in more flavor.
That said, it was still a great recipe, and I'm definitely going to double the sauce next time. I think I'm also going to try the sauce with salmon some time.

P.S. I used Sunny D instead of "real" orange juice in my sauce, and it was perfect. Some reviewers had mentioned adding sugar to the sauce mix to make it a little sweeter (I didn't), and I think the amount of sugar in the Sunny D made it just right without adding anything else to the recipe.
