This was my first attempt ever at making homemade mac and cheese and I was pleased with the results. It was good and easy to prepare. Next time I will use less flour and add extra goodies like bacon and ham *oink* Thanks for sharing recipe!

the food was great and very easy to prepare. kids like me will really like it because it is cheezy and they can prepare this by themselves with a litle help from their mom. you can even use other kinds of cheese like parmesan, but it will still turn out great. - cutie pie =)

Great recipe thats very easy, quick, and delicious to boot! I add strips of ham or other lunch meat like roast beef to give it more variety but its excellent even with just the broiled cheese on top.
