Original Recipe Yield 3 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the strawberries, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, mint, cilantro, and lime zest into a mixing bowl. Stir in the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to serve.
