White wedding cake frosting. This is a very good frosting for decorated cakes.

This is a good wedding cake icing. While frosting cake, keep bowl covered with a damp cloth to prevent excessive evaporation. Makes enough to frost one 3 tiered wedding cake, and to decorate with garlands and flowers.

This icing is usually put on the wedding cake after the Almond Paste is applied.

Very Easy! Add a little more water to ice the cake and a little less to make the decorations!

This is an old recipe I have for Mocha Icing. I hope you like it. The recipe makes enough for one 8 inch layer cake.

This is a great Fondant recipe that can be tinted with paste food color if desired. Pour over the top of cakes or petit fours to make a perfectly smooth and glossy surface.

I threw together this frosting for my birthday cake. I used a devil's food cake, and it was very well received.
