Yummy Pineapple Beef Steak Marinade

Submitted by: kelsey
This tangy, salty, and sweet marinade is especially good on steak, but would work well on any meat. Made with Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice and brown sugar, this marinade has an island flavor. Grill some pineapples and prepare some Caribbean rice to complete the meal.

Chicken bouillon and Greek seasoning flavor this rich steak marinade. Great for roasting or grilling, try it on your favorite cut of meat.

Barbequed Beef Steak with Orange Marinade

Orange juice is spiked with garlic and ginger, and then poured over a prepared steak and chilled for several hours. After the meat is grilled and sliced, warmed orange juice is poured on.

Chicken and Turkey Marinade

This would be fun to do for your Thanksgiving turkey. Oregano, sage and thyme are mixed in with lemon juice, oil and soy sauce, along with a few other delicious ingredients. Just let your turkey marinate overnight in the fridge and then cook as usual.

Citrus-Basil Vinaigrette

This dressing is lovely yellow color, and we use it on a mixed green salad (mixed Romaine and European greens), tossed with small broccoli and cauliflower florets, raisins or sweetened dried cranberries, and shredded Cheddar or crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. The sweet-tart zestiness of the dressing perks up the salad! The yield depends on how much salad dressing you prefer. For us, this recipe makes enough dressing for about 4 large salads.

Savory and sweet flavors from molasses, vinegar, and soy sauce mingle with garlic and onion powders in this tasty marinade that's ideal for chicken. Allow enough time for the marinade to work its tasty magic overnight.

This is a great marinade for chicken or steak. The sesame seed flavors blend wonderfully with soy sauce and red wine vinegar.

Full-bodied and robust, this marinade can take on just about any cut of beef. A mixture of red wine, olive oil, oregano and lemon juice does the trick. For best results, marinate the lucky meat in the fridge overnight.

I use this delicious beef marinade with chuck roast and shish kabobs before grilling.

Mojo Grilling Marinade

Submitted by: UODUCK1978
This citrus-spice mojo marinade is delicious for use with meats and fish before grilling. It's a great marinade for grilled flank steak, whole pork loins, and on whole rotisserie chickens! Meat and chicken should be marinated overnight, fish only needs one hour.
