Very moist and delicious! I made this for my hsuband's birthday cake and he LOVED it. I also whipped up a quick frosting for it and it added to the chocolatey flavor (1 cup powdered sugar, 3 T. melted butter, a dash of light karo syrup, 3-4 T. cocoa powder, a few T. milk...mix together and spread over cake).

I made this cake for my son's birthday. It was my first homemade chocolate cake and it came out great, everyone loved it. It had a wonderful flavor and wouldn't even need frosting. I did use butter instead of margarine, I'm not sure what the difference would be. I will definately make this again.

i enjoyed the cake, however it came out dry on the outside and moist in the middle. I figured it must have been a mistake on my side, maybe i over cooked it or something. I will try it again. It was very easy to make.

Good chocolate cake, very moist. I couldn't find unsweetened cocoa powder so I used the sweetened. Still tasted good, very rich cake.

My husband called from work and said that he was craving a chocolate cake. I found this recipe and whipped it up in a very short time. The house smelled great while it was cooking and when the hubby got home, well - the cake never had a chance. Between him and my brother, the pan dissappeared on the same evening that I amde it . . . great chocolately recipe!! fabulous for that chocolate lovers craving!! I iced it with a chocolate butter icing . . . Mmmmmm delicious!
