I made these this morning, easy to make and very versitile. I mashed up 1 small very ripe banana for half of the batter and added a small handful of choc chips, with the other batter I added 1/4 c. of dried cranberries, both came out very tasty!

These muffins are delicious! The only thing I changed was adding 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to the mix. And I had some frozen strawberries that I cut up small (1 cup full) and put in. They turned out great and will definitely be a regular in our house!

The muffins turned out pale and a bit too bland... needs more flavor.

This recipe was simple to make and very adaptable. I omitted the oil and replaced it with applesauce, and sprinkled a cinnamon/sugar mixture on top. These were so good that the dozen that I made was gone in half an hour. Next time, I will have to make double!

Just made these. Had to control myself from eating three. They turned out great. I made them with frozen berries and sprinkled sugar on top. Turned out delicious!

These had a great flavor & were an excellent way to make a variety of different types of muffins, but they came out a bit hard & not very moist. I'll definitely make them again, but they just aren't as crumbly as muffins should be.

These were very good.:) I would have liked them a tad sweeter, but otherwise, a great basic recipe. From one batch, I made blueberry, chocolate chip, and butterscotch muffins. They all went quickly! :) Will surely make again. Thank you!

Made them with cherries and they were super deelish! Works good with caramel too, get the caramel sweets found in stores! (Had my sis bring them back from US) Great for kids. Cherries are the best in my opinion. Thanks for this versatile and wonderful recipe! Definitely will be making more of this. Even my mum loves them and keeps pushing me to make more!

I added raspberries to mine and they are wonderful (chewing one right now). Very moist, and just the right sweetness.

Too cakey for me. I think I like a bit more fiber going on in my muffins - texturally and taste-wise. If you're a boxed muffin fan, you'll probably dig these.

These muffins were great. I made them completely plain and slathered them with homemade strawberry jam before eating... Mmm Mmm! The batter alone was so tasty I licked the bowl clean :) I will try different add-ins next time I make them. Thank you for a great recipe!

These were good. I used banana in mine. I always use applesauce intead of oil too. I had a little leftover batter after 12 muffins, so I made mini muffins too. They cooked about 10 min. with the mini ones. Yum!

Really simple with great taste. I was able to make with a 2 year old helping. I made 6 "naked" ones and we both loved them. The others I added coconut and brown sugar to. I started the oven at 425 then lowered to 400, and baked about 20 minutes.

I was totally skeptical of this recipe. I couldn't believe that it was really as good as everyone was saying it was. But I made it, and now I'm a believer. I added frozen strawberries that I thawed out and chopped up, and then I also added a mashed banana. Wow. I've never had strawberry/banana muffins before, but now they're my favorite! The changes I made to the recipe were that I used half white, half whole wheat flour, and then I used applesauce instead of oil. I also added a teaspoon or so of vanilla. YUM. I'm actually eating them as I type. :)
