Brisket is cooked in a covered pan without water for 4 to 5 hours. It is then sliced, and returned to the pan with barbecue sauce for another hour.

Rev up your slow cooker for 25 hours and set the dial to cook this savory, tender beef brisket seasoned Texas-style with novel ingredients such as black coffee, cola soda, mustard, and liquid smoke.

Texas Brisket

This is a really easy BBQ brisket recipe that I got from Texas. There are only 3 ingredients besides the brisket, and it turns out really tender. Better with a brisket that is not too closely trimmed.

Brisket is marinated in a red wine and vinegar blend then slow roasted in the oven until fork tender. I wanted to find a way to make beef brisket that wasn't a BBQ recipe but wasn't just plain beef either. This is what I came up with and my family LOVED it.

My mother makes a GREAT beef brisket. She got the recipe after watching a friend's Jewish grandmother make it. It is perfect, delicious and easily Kosher for Passover. Enjoy!

Brisket is rubbed with spices and liquid smoke and then cooked in a slow cooker with barbeque sauce until tender and juicy. This calls for just enough barbecue sauce for that smoky flavor while still allowing the flavor of the meat to come through.

Brisket is marinated in apple and orange juices, then dry rubbed with packaged spice mix, and refrigerated overnight. It is then baked for 8 to 10 hours.
