I admittedly used the base of this recipe as a jumping off point. I usually make my cobbler dough more biscuit-y and less sweet, but I decided to give it a shot. I used 4 different berries and peaches, tossing them with a little flour, honey and turbinado sugar. After pouring that in the pan, I followed the recipe directly. We topped the cobbler with quark (kind of a cross between yogurt and sour cream) and it was tasty, but I thought the topping was too sweet. My boyfriend, however, pronounces it "delicious" and keeps clapping - though that could just be the football. It's definitely worth a try - simple, easy and smells heavenly coming out of the oven.
