I've never made blueberry cobbler but this was delicious! I will make it again but I may leave out the orange juice. I didn't like the flavor it gave the berries.

Not sweet enough for my taste. A scoop of vanilla ice cream improved it.

The topping on this cobbler was not at all cobbler like but rather like a sugar cookie.

I thought it was good. I added nutmeg to it, to kick it up a bit. My family really enjoyed it, but I prefer a crispy crust cobbler.

Except for doubling this recipe, I followed it exactly. Everyone thought it was wonderful as is, but next time I would like to try it differently based on the more helpful reviews other people have suggested. It really does bake up "bubbly and beautiful" -- a wonderful little dessert to bring to a brunch, or small get-together.

I followed the advice of some of the other reviewers. I added 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, a small amount of nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the blueberries. Also added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the flour mixture. We all loved it!

Fantastic, I added a little extra sugar to the blueberries and mixed in a sprinkle of cinnamon too.

After reading reviews, I added more sugar to the blueberries as well as a liberal dash of cinnamon. I liked it so well that I made it again the next week, and doubled the cobbler part. Still very tasty, but I probably should've let it bake longer. It was a bit gooey in the middle in spots. But that's not a problem for me.

Super fast and easy to make plus it was really tasty!!! I don't like overly sweetened desserts so this was perfect for me. Next time I might even use just 2 tbs of sugar over the blueberries- I think that might be plenty. Also instead of using an 8x8 pan, I used a casserole dish- approx. 4 x 9 and that worked out well. I did end up having to cook it for 40 minutes but that may have been because I used frozen blueberries. Will definitely make again!!!

This is an easy light dessert. I've made it a couple of times and it was well-liked by all both times. I didn't make any changes. Nutmeg or cinnamon might be nice mixed in with the blueberries, but it's not necessary. The first time, I made it with fresh blueberries, the second time with frozen wild blueberries. It was equally good both ways.

I made this last night and it's find as is. Really no changes need to be made at all. It was good, not out of this world, but good. I'd make it again. Or try another similar recipe on this site - all are about the same for cobbler. Also it didn't make a whole lot of topping. Maybe that's for the better! :)

Mmmmm .... yummy! I made all of the suggested adjustments, and my family LOVED it! I made 2, and they were both gone by the end of the day. Tried it with fresh and frozen blueberries, and it tastes better with the fresh.

Honestly, I found this recipe better than a cobbler - the cakey topping appealed to me more than the usual granola cobbler topping. At the time, I didn't have OJ so instead I used fresh lemon juice. It was delicious! And fantastic with vanilla ice cream!

I've made this twice, and it's tasty. The second time I added lemon zest, as another review suggested. I didn't like it as well and wouldn't add it again. It has a great cakey flavor.

I just made this for the first time and it was really good! I had 4 cups of blueberries on hand and used them all. I added 2 tablespoons instead of 3 because I did not want it overly sweet. I had no OJ and used 1/3 cup water instead. Will make again!

Very easy, very tastey...lots of flavor. I did make a couple changes: used cake flour (2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons), tossed the berries, juice & sugar (added 2 tablespoons of lemon zest) in a large bowl prior to placing in the baking dish. Sprinkled 1 tablespoon cornstarch over berry mixture once it was in the baking pan. After spooning the batter over the berries, I spread it out and then sprinkled with sugar prior to & when I removed it from the oven. Will certainly make this again.

Fail proof recipe. We had dinner guests with only a 2 hour notice and I needed a dessert recipe that worked with what I had on hand. This did the trick. The only change I made was using frozen mixed berries (which I thawed before using) instead of fresh blueberries. Once thawed, they gave a little bit of extra liquid on their own, so I cut back on the liquid minutely (Remember: much of the liquid will evaporate out during baking). Baked up wonderfully and there wasn't a drop left!
