This was very good. I threw in a few raspberries with the blueberries . I used water down lemon juice ( 50/50)- which gave it the tart taste I like. I doubled the biscuit part for better coverage. I added cinnamon, nutmeg and that was also very good!

This was a great recipe! My family loved it. I doubled the recipe and added cinnamon to both the batter and berries. It was fantastic!! Will make again!

Fantastic, delicious, and not too sweet. Used 1.5 cups of blueberries and 1.5 cups of strawberries. Will make it again!

Really tasty!!! Need to leave it in the oven a little longer to dry it out a bit more. If you let the top get NICE and brown - then you have it.

A major win. THANKS! The flavor and the type of tasty, slightly cruncy topping had my husband and our friends asking for more.

This iis an excellent recipe I followed a couple reviewers suggeston and doubled the batter I am glad I did because the flavor of the batter is superb although I probably should have baked it just a little longer, it was nice and brown after 35 mins but the inside was just a little raw.

I *wanted* to like this recipe, I really did. It sounded so good. But I was really disappointed. The orange juice gave the berries a strange, almost-rancid flavor and there was not enough sweetness (in either the filling or topping)to really call this "dessert". I'll try a different recipe next time.

I made this in a round pan vs a square pan (I didn't have a square pan avail...) and enjoyed serving it in pie wedges with vanilla ice cream. I was surprised at how well it all stayed together and the flavor was wonderful - not too blueberry, not tart, but just enough flavor to nicely go with the ice cream. I would definately make this one again!

Maybe I cooked it too long, maybe I had to high of expectations, but it didn't turn out as great as I thought it was. More of a coffee cake for sure.

This was delicious! I made some slight modifications for personal preference: 1) I used frozen raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries; 2) Made 1 + 1/2 of the batter (by increasing the portion size to 9 from 6 and using 2 eggs); 3) Added 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to both the berries and batter; and 4) Left out the orange juice. Served warm with ice cream and the family devoured it. Thanks for the recipe and for all the additional tips from other reviewers!

Fantastic! I think we could have eaten it all in one sitting! Much like another reviewer, I also let my berries sit for several minutes after I sprinkled on the cornstarch. Overall - fabulous!

Fixed this for dessert tonight. It was delicious but didn't give it 5 stars because it really needs more batter. I did add the cinnamon to the berries and the batter as recommended by other reviewers. I also sprinkled corn starch over the berries before adding the batter. I'm used to a more 'southern' cobbler with thick, almost biscuit-like topping. I think I'll increase the amount of batter next time, but otherwise I think it's a great, easy to fix dessert.

Super yummy! It is definitely best eaten a few hours after coming out of the oven ... the tart berries, crispy topping & vanilla ice cream are delectable. Of course, it's very good the next day too -- you just lose the crispy topping due to covering. Definitely one to try if you like blueberries!

A delicious desert for Fourth of July, though it was a little more like a cake instead of a cobbler. Not too sweet, very pleasant flavor. I made no modifications to this recipe and my family devoured it within minutes.
