Crunchy, crumbly bacon, sunflower seeds and beautiful golden raisins, speckle this very green salad and add lots and lots of flavor. The dressing is mayonnaise based, with sugar and red wine vinegar stirred in.

This recipe calls for lots and lots of crumbled, maple-flavored bacon, chopped broccoli, red and green onion, red grapes and toasted almonds. Everything is then tossed with a sweet mayonnaise and vinegar dressing.

'Fresh tasting...so colorful...delicious dressing' are some of the compliments I get whenever I serve this broccoli salad with a meal or take it to a church dinner. Although I use many other good salad recipes, I'm especially fond of this one. --Esther Shank, Harrisonville, Virginia

Chunks of turkey or chicken add a variety to this wonderful broccoli salad. Try with crisp red grapes and a bit of diced red onion. Instead of mayonnaise, use a creamy style salad dressing done up with vinegar and sugar.

Broccoli keeps very good company in this wonderful salad. There's fresh cheese tortellini, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds, broccoli florets, red onion, and a sweet and sour mayonnaise dressing tossed in for good measure.

Besides curry, this dazzling salad has yummy sunflower seeds and dried cherries. It tastes great and looks super when presented on a big, beautiful platter. Marinate overnight so that the flavors of the curry/mayonnaise dressing has time to work.
