This recipe was delicious! I used 2 day old baggette. Used a few more slices then the recipe called. Cut the bread into 1 inch slices, toasted int the oven for about 10-15 min, cubed and placed into the bowl with mixture. Made sure all
the bread was coated well and let it soak for about 15 min. before placing in the oven. I don't like my bread pudding mushy, I like it more crispy like my French toast. Everything else I used according to the recipe. The vanilla sauce is heavenly, I highly suggest NOT omitting.
