I have been using this recipe 4 times a week for over a year now. Amazing results and I am never dissappointed. Throw out the recipe that came with your bread maker! I make this on a dough setting, quickly knead the dough in my hands, throw into greased pan, let rise for about 40 minutes in slightly warmish oven,then bake at 350 for half hour or so. The possibilities are endless for cheese bread, raisin bread, etc. At first it seemed too easy and I was reluctant, but I am glad I tried it. By baking it in the oven the house smells divine and you choose your crust color. Thank you for a great recipe!
