Chopped broccoli, crumbly bacon and lots of grated cheese, and red onion too are doused with a lovely red wine vinegar and mayonnaise dressing, and chilled.

I first learned about this salad when a relative of mine made it. I liked it so much that I asked for the recipe. I modified it a little by adding the bacon to it. It's a delicious salad, and the sauce really enhances the flavor!

Besides curry, this dazzling salad has yummy sunflower seeds and dried cherries. It tastes great and looks super when presented on a big, beautiful platter. Marinate overnight so that the flavors of the curry/mayonnaise dressing has time to work.

I tried this wonderful salad combination of blue cheese dressing, broccoli, and tomatoes. A great side dish and wonderful summer salad.

No bacon, no fruit, no seeds: this broccoli salad, adapted from a recipe in a newspaper clipping from 1980, combines potato salad flavors--hard-cooked eggs, dill, celery seed, mayo--with crisp fresh broccoli.

I received this recipe at a church dinner. Now, whenever I take it to a dinner, I end up giving it out again and again. Try bringing this to your next potluck supper...I'm sure you'll be busy giving out the recipe, too.
