This berry-ful sorbet is made in your ice-cream machine and is a sweet way to end the day! It is made with three types of berries - blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries - and sweetened with Splenda®. Heavy cream can be added to make a creamier dessert, but is optional.

Berry Custard Pie

A sweet biscuit crust flavored with lemon zest is pressed into a 9-inch pie pan. Raspberries and blackberries are then spooned in and topped with a lovely sour cream custard flavored with sugar and spices. This lovely pie is baked and ready in less than an hour.

This is a wonderful berry crisp. I use a triple berry mixture of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, but just one works well too! My family loves it! Serve it with whipped cream and it looks great.
