I loved the gelatin as did many of my guests (I omitted the walnuts). However, the topping as in the recipe did not impress me, nor did it seem to go with the flavors of the gelatin. So I changed the topping recipe to this: 8 oz. cream cheese, enough vanilla yogurt to thin to desired consistency (I used about 1/2 cup), I used a bit more orange zest than the recipe calls for, and then I added just a bit of powdered sugar to taste. YUM! Now it can be served as a dessert. I will be making the revised version many times!
