I used 3 eggs and forgot the yogurt at the store , so used sour cream. I took it to a board meeting and there was none left! Will make this one again!

Really, really good! I did use 3 whole eggs instead of the egg substitute and vanilla yogurt instead of plain. Lemon + strawberries = heaven. Thanks! :)

I made this recipe, and sent it to my friend's family as a thank you. I didn't taste it but they loved it. I used eggs instead of substitute so it would rise. It looked beautiful.

This cake doesn't raise very high and mine turned out fairly dry, though perhaps it was a little overcooked. The flavor was quite nice though and it looked beautiful.

Excellent! It is a very simple and quick recipe. I used real eggs instead of the egg substitute and sour cream instead of yogurt as we weren't watching our calories this time. I will try the original recipe in the future.
