Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place milk, berries, sugar and cinnamon in blender and puree for 1 minute.
  2. Add ice cubes and process until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
