This is an excellent basic recipe. You can switch out the fruit for peaches, papaya, mango - or any combination you like. I usually cut up enough fruit for the week, then freeze it in individual serving bags. Makes it quick and easy in the morning to make breakfast smoothies to send my kids off to school. (I throw in a little wheat germ and protein powder. )

My kids liked this recipe better once I added a cup of crushed ice and a couple of splashes of milk.

This was good. I just eyeballed the yogurt and honey, and it came out pretty good!

Very good! I used raw honey (for the health benefits) and frozen berries (since that's what I had). Added a TBS of ground flax. Kids loved it!

I halved this for just me & used a frozen banana. Pretty good- but I tried it again after messing around. Added 6 ice cubes, 2 packets of Splenda, 1 T. sugar-free vanilla syrup & replaced the OJ with milk. YUM!!! Just what I was looking for.
