Very Delicious. I used rib-eyes instead and it turned out fantastic, but the marinade was so good it owuld work with any steak. Also it only took around 10 minutes, but I used the oven instead.

Yum! This is really good, I used a black and tan beer that we had sitting in the fridge, very good! I think I will save some of the sauce next time for dipping as others suggested.

This was one of the most wonderful marinades we've used yet. It was not overpowering. Very subtle but you could taste it at the first bite. I didn't have any teriyaki sauce so I used 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce as a replacement. Thanks for making our dinner so yummy tonight!

YUMMY! I am not a huge fan of dark beer and might try this recipe again with a lighter beer, maybe Heineken. This recipe is a definite keeper! Thanks.

This was good. I myself don't really like sweet things thus the 4 stars but my husband really liked it. I just combined the ingredients and let the steak marinade in a bag for 4-6 hours. Quite juicy.

Awesome. Based on another reviewer's recommendation (and slight change) did: 1/2 cup beer, 2 tbsp teryiaki, 2 big tbsp brown suger, 1 tsp minced garlic in oil (in bottle), 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Marinated for 3 hours.

Hubby & I loved this! Only change I made (due to the Guinness disappearing!) was to use an IPA (Aprihops) beer and then doubled the marinade as suggested, but not the teryaki sauce. Made oven fries to go with...fantastic Craig, thanks!

I added lemon juice to the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours. Before broiling the steaks I added honey. We eat our steaks rare. It was great.

This is by far the best Steak Marinade ever. The secret is time and beer.I always make the recipe so it says it serves 24, it take one whole beer, and the steaks are submersed a little better. I tried it with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and let them soak for about 24 hours per side. I made these one year for a super bowl party, and 3 of the people said it was one of the best they have had in their lives.

This marinade turned out great but we thought that the teriyaki flavor was just a little too overpowering. We'll try this recipe again but may cut back the teriyaki to just 1 T. Thanks for the recipe.
