I marinated overnight and it did not pick up a lot of flavor. If I make it again, I will double or triple the honey, herbs, etc.

Very good! This recipe is a keeper. The only thing I added was zest from the lime and marinated it for 2 hrs.

I added more garlic and some red pepper flakes and marinated overnight. Since it was about to rain, I grilled them early, put in a baking dish and poured some of the marinade over the chicken (thighs). I'm glad I did this because it rained right after I grilled! Refrigerated and then baked at 375 for about 20 mins to heat them up, turning once. Turned out juicy. Yum!

Very Good! We followed the recipe to the T, except for, like one comment before me I did zest some of the lime in the mixture before using it. So DELICIOUS!

Loved it. I used heineken light, bottled lime juice, and ground coriander instead of cilantro. I also used the George Foreman grill cause we were out of propane and it turned out fine!
