Oh, this is HEAVENLY. One of my family's new favorites! If you remember in time marinate it overnight, but as little as 30 minutes will still do the trick. We add a little more cilantro and garlic, and top the finished chicken with cilantro from the garden. Amazing.

Changed the lime and beer to a "lime beer" called Chill, left out the cilantro and it was fabulous, moist, tasty, we grilled it on a grill n'go and it was just right.

Not my favorite but my husband loves it, so I am sure I will be making again! The beer flavor is really all I tasted. I tried it again a few weeks later and this time added Chubb's Chili Lime rub right before we threw it on the grill and I still only tasted the beer. My husband loved it even more the second time with the added spices.

Didn't love the recipe. The beer taste was strong (I marinated it overnight). Ok, but I've had a lot better grilled chicken. This was a bit bland and not as tender as other similar recipes I've made.

I would definitely marinate this longer than the recipe calls for. But it is very flavorful! I served it with a home-made guacamole which I spread on top of the chicken, which was great!

Wife liked it, but I didn't care for it. Didn't seem to have much of a taste to it spice wise with all that beer.

The flavors were very bland and had an odd taste overall. I marinated the chicken for almost two hours. Despite not having been overcooked, the chicken turned out dry.

Absolutely delicious chicken. I tweaked it a little. Instead of using cilantro I used dried Italian seasoning and only 1 tablespoon. Also after marinating I sprinkled all of them with "poultry magic" seasoning. Absolutely delicious. Definitely will make again. Just a suggestion. I served it with couscous and spinach. Very good.

Unlike most other "beer" related recipes I've had, the beer taste didn't totally cook off, which is bad for me as I'm not a fan. I think next time I'll nix the beer and just use my favorite lime salad dressing as a marinade.

I made this with fresh cilantro about 1/4 cup and marinated it for 2.5 hours with the rest of ingredients as recipe called and grilled it. It was EXCELLENT. Very tender, very moist, very tasty! YUMMMY!

I thought this had a good flavor. I let it marinate for a little over an hour and it was a new twist on chicken. Will make it again!

Sorry, but this taste combo just didn't work for me or my family. The beer gave it a weird "off",almost sour taste, combined with the chicken and cilantro. I do cook with beer and it always brings the flavor of the food out with it,but not this time. I also love cilantro, but added all together somehow just didn't work out.I won't make it again...sorry.
