Excellent recipe. Good with most any fish ..I use cod or pollock..kids love it..easy and good. plus I dont have to stand in line at the fish fry.

Remember to drain the fish on paper bags for the best crunch! This is a family favorite at my house. I cut amount of the paprika in half and replace the other portion with Old Bay (seafood) seasoning. You can make the batter ahead so you have one less thing to do when you get home from work.

I made this recipe with half the salt, half the pepper and half the garlic but I still felt it had too much garlic for my taste. I did like and will make it again it's just that I'm not fond of garlic and fish. My husband loved this recipe.
