I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about the combination of beef, sweet potatoes and taco seasoning, but they actually work very well together. My husband said he would have preferred this without the tortillas so in the future I will serve it without.
My nephew and I loved making this! He loved it and he is a picky eater. I will definitely make these again!!

This had a good flavor. It came together very easily.
Very good! Also added sliced avocado to the tortillas. Excellent way to use leftover steak! I think it would be good with any kind of potato.
This is really good! I didn't have leftover beef so I cut a 12 ounce steak into cubes and cooked it along with the sweet potatoes and onions. Really delicious and unusual.
