VERY EASY. A definate keeper. Didn't add the celery but I did add chopped onion (I eye balled it to what I thought would be enough). I cooked the onion and the pepper until they were soft. Then I added the beef. Will make again.

Added onions but no celery. It was way better than it looked or sounded. The family loved it! FYI the more cheese the better

Such an easy way to change up a basic box of Rice-a-roni and make it into a meal rather than a side! We don't use celery or the green pepper but it is still yummy! The kids even eat it up!

My family of 6 loves this recipe. I dont use the celery but add onions and it goes without saying I had to double it.

I made this for my husband, I didn't try it, so I rating it based on his comments. He really enjoyed this easy recipe and said it a hearty meal. Thanks.

This was bad. No one in my family would eat it. I used beef rice a roni. Maybe it depends on what brand of rice you use.

Yummy... I changed a few things to make it into a hearty Mexican dip... I added 1 can of Rotel(drained) to the ground beef instead of the green peppers and celery...after that cooked I added 1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup and mixed it together until it was blended... I also used Mexican style rice instead of beef flavored... served it with tortilla chips- my husband and his friends loved it!
